Welcome to Pop Play. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Pop Play is a mobile board game platform offering Ludo and Dominoes with single-player and online multiplayer gameplay. The service includes game features, virtual currency ("Coins"), cosmetic items, and leaderboard functionality.
You must sign in with a Google account to use Pop Play. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may only have one account per person. Automated account creation, multi-accounting, and account sharing are prohibited.
Coins are virtual currency used within Pop Play for entering online matches and other in-game features. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
In-app purchases (e.g., Premium Pass) are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to the respective store's refund policies. We do not offer direct refunds.
We reserve the right to modify coin prices, rewards, and in-game economy at any time.
PvP matches require a coin entry fee. Winners receive rewards; the entry fee is deducted regardless of outcome. If a match is abandoned or disconnected, our system will attempt to resolve it fairly (refunds for unresolved matches, forfeits for repeated disconnections).
All game moves are validated server-side. Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit game mechanics will result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content in Pop Play — including game design, artwork, animations, themes, cosmetics, and code — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without written permission.
"User Content" means anything you submit to Pop Play, including your display name and any avatar photo you upload.
Display names. You retain ownership of your display name. By setting a display name, you grant us the right to display it to other players (on leaderboards, in PvP matches, etc.). Display names must not contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to reset display names that violate this policy.
Avatar photos (optional). Pop Play lets you upload a photo as your in-game avatar. Uploading is entirely optional — the default avatar requires no upload.
If you upload a photo, you confirm that:
You retain ownership of your photo. By uploading it, you grant Pop Play a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize, transcode, hash for duplicate detection, display to other players, and otherwise process the photo solely to operate the avatar feature. This licence ends when you replace or remove the photo, or delete your account.
Prohibited content. You may not upload any photo containing:
Moderation and enforcement. Every upload is reviewed by a human moderator before becoming visible to other players. We may, at our sole discretion, reject any upload, remove an avatar that has gone live, apply cooldowns or rate limits to your uploads, and/or suspend or permanently ban accounts that repeatedly submit prohibited content. Bytes for rejected photos are deleted promptly; we keep a small audit log (rejection reason, timestamp, image fingerprint) to enforce repeat-violation cooldowns and prevent re-submission of removed content.
Reporting. If you believe an avatar (or any other User Content) violates these Terms or your rights, email [email protected] with a description of the issue and the in-game name of the user. We will investigate and act on verified reports.
DMCA / copyright takedown. If you believe content on Pop Play infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] including: your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material (sufficient to locate it, e.g. the in-game name of the user), a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder, and your physical or electronic signature.
We strive to keep Pop Play available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss of progress, coins, or data due to service interruptions.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice and without refund of any purchases or virtual currency.
Pop Play is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of virtual currency, game progress, or data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India.
